Once a week I mix up Pioneer Woman's Pizza Crust for the girls to make their own personal pizzas. It is truly delicious dough and easy to work with. Here it is after it's risen all morning.

This is a HUGE step for Preslie. She has some sensory issues and has never worked with the dough until today! She worked the dough until it was out to the edges of her pizza pan! Proud mama!

It really is a fun lunchtime activity and they enjoy making their pizza's unique and I think they'd agree they taste better just because they made them.
