Simple Pleasures

Earlier in the week, these four took off to see up close how God had filled the pond. For almost two years, the pond has been bone dry. We used to fish in it and the horses drank from it but until now, it's just been a vivid reminder of how desperately we need rain.

Seeing these four together, enjoying and being thankful for the provision of rain to fill the pond made me a simply, grateful mom.
