The first miracle Jesus performed was at a wedding and in other scripture we are referred to as the bride of Christ. The kingdom of heaven is compared to a wedding banquet the king prepared for his son. Many other wedding references lead me to believe that God thinks weddings are a spectacular celebration of love! So, that's what it will be!
In just a little over 3 weeks these two who began this journey in high school will be husband and wife and I'm simply grateful we get to share in their big day. And while there has been much planning for this wedding and while no one can be fully prepared for the marriage, I know for sure that they are planning for much more than the day of...they are preparing for the days, weeks, months and years ahead. We are so excited to see all He has planned, because His plans prevail. It's going to be something else!
These two truly do love one another well.
